Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides quality care and compassionate support to terminally ill patients and their families, regardless of their ability to pay. Making this special care available to everyone is accomplished by community and corporate support through the Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice Foundation. Established in 1999, the sole purpose of the Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice Foundation is to serve as the fundraising arm of the Hospice. in the comforting circle of support provided by family, friends and the Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice staff and volunteers.
Please review the list of donor options and find the one that is just right for you. You might be able to help in ways you didn’t think were possible. Commemorative gifts, direct gifts, outright gifts, in-kind donations, planned gifts and volunteer hours are all ways to help our patients and their families. Commemorative Giving Whenever you want to say "thank you", "congratulations", or "I’ll never forget you", your commemorative gift to Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice. brings a double reward. Not only does it honor someone special, it also supports vital services provided by the Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice Foundation. A commemorative gift is a very meaningful way to pay tribute to some who has died. A gift may be made at the time of death or whenever you want to say, "you’ll never be forgotten". Many people also choose to send a remembrance on the anniversary of a loved one’s death. Commemorative gifts can also be made in honor of someone special; perhaps a physician, health care professional, or a favorite teacher or coach. Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice provides a wonderful opportunity for creating a lasting tribute to a beloved family member or friend. When the honoree’s commemorative gift total reaches an established level, the family can choose to acknowledge that person with a Circle of Honor. The Circles of Honor are displayed in the lobby of the Asian Institute of Health Care Hospice. in-patient facility and are a series of engraved, circular brass plates. Circles of Honor are also a wonderful way to commemorate a special birthday,anniversary or to thank someone for their support and kindness. The family can choose one of the following sizes: P1,000 Engraved 2.5" Circle of Honor P2,000 Engraved 3.5" Circle of Honor P3,000 Engraved 5.0" Circle of Honor P5,000 Engraved 6.5" Circle of Honor P10,000 Engraved 8" Circle of Honor Direct Gifts Cash gifts are the most popular type of donation. They are effective immediately, easily distributed among current Asian Insitute of Health Care Hospice. projects and programs or are used to pay for the care of indigent patients. You may contribute by sending in a check, using your credit card or, dropping by the Asian Insitute of Health Care Hospice. Special Events You can support Asian Insitute of Health Care Hospice by participating in a variety of wonderful events that are held throughout the year. A myriad of special events includes our Golf Tournament, Serenades of Life concert, featuring the musical talents of local doctors, Black tie gala dinner to honor a local community leader and hospice supporter, Fashion Show and luncheon and, the Light Up a Life ceremony to honor the memory of loved ones, just to name a few. You can of course attend any or all of the events, or you could choose to be a sponsor for a particular event. |
